Thats gotta be a tough one for God to sort out.

I well intentioned, underinformed fundamentalists turns a young Christian off of religion because of his tactics.

How does God justify eternally torturing the one who fell away, while having a nice dinner with the pushy Fundy?

Clarify your question. "Hell" is the place of the dead, and we ALL get to go there, so you can't blame that on the "fundies".

People sin because they want to, not because they are tricked into it by "bible-fundies". What a cop-out! We all know right from wrong, so it's high time to start accepting responsibility for our actions.

I have to admit, I do make a conscious effort to commit 5 of the 7 Deadly Sins every day, just because I have a perverse nature. I know it pisses Fundies off when I say that, and I hate to lie. Ergo, I try and keep my hand in at sinning.

How can a "bible-fundie?" cause a person to sin, when they are born into sin? Sin is already in you; and no one makes you sin if you do not want to sin, it is something you choose to do. Therefore it is your own sin that sends you to hell. My sin does not send you to hell, nor does your sin send me to hell. That is because we are all given freewill to choose as we wish what it is that we will believe and follow.

The meaning of taking the Lords name in vain is when men make rules and then put Gods name to them .in other words the 600 hundred or so commandments that came after the original 10

it wouldn't be fair. God will not allow a person to suffer because of the actions of people who make mistakes in His name. always remember that God is the author of Justice.

I'm not preaching.

I'm pretty sure that our just and loving God will take that provocation into account. He/She has to be tired of it, too. :)

Hell is not a place - it's a state of mind. If you don't believe in it, it 's not there.
