I found this page that shows a pictures of them. It says "The Pitterpat is simply a cross of Patterdale to Pit or Staffy bull."

They're a mutt. A cross between Patterdale Terriers and Pit Bulls.

Can I only assume it is some horrendous cross of Patterdale terrier with a pit bull? Lord, I hope not!
