Can aspirin help reduce stress?

This sounds pretty stupid but does tylenol or advil help with stress at all?

mY dads a Doctor and from what he has told me i would say no. You should take pain relievers such as asprin only as needed as consistant use has been shown to cause liver damage

No-may make you feel a little bit better.

A hot tub soak is very relaxing.

Taking time to take large slow breaths also help.
