Straight off www.goarmy.com.

The Army College Loan Repayment Program makes paying off your student loans easier.

Up to $65,000 for Soldiers who enlist full time in the Army for three or more years

Up to $20,000 for Soldiers who enlist in the Army Reserve for six years

Not sure what the Navy's policy is, but I believe you would need a Degree in the medical field.

You will need to serve as long as it take you to make the loan payments. Unless the recruiter has offered some sort of tuition reimbursement program to you, the Navy will not pay your collage loans. If you did get a program, the recruiter should be able to give you the details (I have never heard of such program)

Yes there is a DOD student loan re-payment program on 53k I would say it would take a standers 4year active 4year inactive contract but the only ones who can tell you for sure are Recruiters.

also depending upon you're degree you may consider becoming an officer in the reserves they also have repayment programs that way.

not everyone qualifies for CLRP. the limit is $30K in federal loans only( not private loans or loans not in your name only). ALL contracts are for EIGHT years. a minimum of 4 years will be active duty.
