My dog has extreme acute agoraphobia, and we have tried everything for him. We've tried anti-co evasive drugs, anti-anxiety medications and nothing seems to help other than letting him run around outside with a box over him.
Any suggestions for how we can help him to get over this?

I don't know, maybe he doesn't need to be outside...
My parents have 5 dogs, but only two are outgoing. The rest are houseplants. They just let 'em stay inside, and somehow they aren't overweight.
It wouldn't hurt to just leash him up and force him to go for a walk. I'm sure he'd find something interesting outside.

Build an underground maze system, like them Meerkats got. Or move near a mineshaft.

well if your dog is truly agoraphobic you could try other medication. Talk to your vet, and try exposing your dog to outside slowly. take him out for 30 seconds, take him back in. take him outside for 1 minutes take him back in. if he is a small dog try holding him first when you take him out. increase the time slowly. also have his eyes checked 2 to make sure they are ok.
