The BMI chart says that I am overweight but I am 140 lbs. and 5' 1" and execize regularly so do you think Im really overweight?

It sounds like you are overweight by the numbers. By probably more important than weight is your overall health. You exercise, so that's good. If you are eating healthy, too, then I would suggest going to the doctor just to make sure some medical problem is not causing the extra pounds. But keep in mind that everybody's different and you can be overweight but still healthy and just as attractive so I wouldn't worry too much about the numbers.

At 5'1 you should probably be between like 110-120. Even if you exercise regularly you still need to eat healthy.

To be honest "yes" you are a little over weight. You will have to lay off all of the unhealthy food like candy and anyting that is way too much calories and high in fats.

There is a lot of variation from person to person. I think I would talk to a doctor. The charts don't tell you everything.

if the BMI chart says you are, it's probably true. Because you are a certain height, your body should only carry a certain mass.
