Worrying about what will happen when the world ends is like worrying about what happens after death.
Its actually the same isn't it?
Is that your real fear here? What will happen after we die?
Don't waste your time worrying...let along trying to prove yourself to a God that others tell you is out there.
Live your life and confront your fears. Don't add to them by fearing a hell.

If the planet were to be utterly annhilated then the planetary energy would spread to an attractive for like another planet or the sun itself and the energy would consist in the star or new planet and bring new life to the planet.
