Watch for signs of selfishness... but don't confuse this with a girl being prissy (taking care of her looks).

Probably the quickest way to answer your question is to get her talking about her parents and childhood. Parents are the number 1 role models in life, and the same-gender parent even MORE important. Her adult behavior will emulate what she learned growing up, just by watching her parents' behavior/lifestyles.
