He is 19 and I am 16. He said:
"4 real you're only 16, but I enjoy talking to you."
What does he mean? Is he saying that I am too young for him but he enjoys my company or is he saying that the fact I am 16 doesn't matter? Or is is something else?

At 16, you ARE too young to go out with a 19 year old. He's saying that normally he would not 'hang around' with someone as young as you, but he likes you in spite of your young age.
He sounds like a nice guy -- it's good that you can be FRIENDS, but don't try to be more than friends, not yet. And if he tries to make you his girlfriend -- then he's not as nice -- or smart -- as he sounds.

sounds like its some online thing lol.. if he were talkin to u in person it wouldnt matter.. unless u said it didnt (which u didnt state in ur question).. so i dunno.. and ya he is saying the obvious ur young but u sound mature and he can see himself maybe with u in the near future.. it happens u kno lol.. i dated a 20 year old and im 16.. but i broke up with hiim cus he cheated.. but i got over it ;)
