Hi I have trouble with anal sex with my gf, cause she is always constipated, there i no room if you know what I mean. I also think that it is a bad disease to have cause it can internally make a person sick. (colon canser...etc)
QUESTION:
Is there anything other than meds that can help her Constipation?

Well, we could have done without the gross details at the beginning.
Having said that, it doesn't sound like this could help her condition, not that I'm a doc.
Still, she should try eating a few dry prunes regularly, drink some water and walk.
The prunes are guaranted to help. The rest will help it become more regular and help her feel better.

When i was sick prescription made me constipated. Drink water and have fibre pills those work really good and is not harmful. those can be available at pharmacy stores in laxatives area.

Syrup of figs with senna: takes a few hours but very effective given time.

make sure she eats lots of green, leafy vegetables. Lettuce works real well. So does coffee!
