Its good thing that God does not believe in Genocide though. Right? He is our loving Father who just gets pissed sometimes. I mean, you would get pissed too if your ants in the antfarm weren't doing what you told them to. Teehee.. :}

If I execute my neighbor, that is a sin. If a court of law justly tries and sentences a multiple murderer to death, that is not sin. A court has certain rights and abilities that individual people do not.

So God, as the Creator of Life, has rights over that life that we as humans do not. That would include the right to exterminate some or all life on earth if he choose.

Fortunately, God is all-knowing. He knows the full results of any action he would take, and fully understands which actions would just and righteous. He also resides outside of time, so there is no "now" for him to lose his temper in or become frustrated over.

Just as there are times when a court of law has had to take money from people to pay for the damage their actions caused, or lock people away for the remainder of their lives to protect others, or even to sentence a person to be executed, so God has had times when similar actions were needed.

But when he does such things, they are the right thing to do - the end results will be the best possible outcome - or they are the just thing to do - each person gets what they deserve out of it.

Huh? The only difference between God and Hitler is that God is more proficient at genocide. or at least the deluded masses that believed in him were.

The concept of God sinning is, in itself, a contradiction in terms. To sin means 'to go off the path', or be moving away from God. He can't very well move away from himself, can he? Also, to liken God's taking the lives of many to you killing ants is incorrect. We dont create those ants in our ant farms, nor is it our job to judge their little insectoid souls when they die. God's judgment comes when he sees it fit, not when we decide he should be allowed to do it.

All sinners are given ample opportunity to repent.
