Well there's two "Big Dog"s - Antoine Carr was the original and Glenn Robinson was the most recent. Mark Madsen is known as "Mad Dog".
There's Dog The Bounty Hunter, Duane Chapman.
Sometimes I refer to my friend Steve as "My Dawg".

I have Akitas and a Pomeranian. The Akitas are very large dogs (100 plus pounds) and are very intelligent and lovable. Pomeranians are small, have large attitudes, but love their owner to death. A good rule of thumb, the smaller the dog, the larger the attitude. Medium to big dogs are pretty easy going and get along with kids pretty good. Small dogs are yappers and good for apartments and CONSTANT companionship as they are very transportable. Hope this helps!!! DOGS RULE!!

go to www.akc.org and you can look at all of the different breeds. Or you can go to your local pet store and browse through a dog breed encyclopedia.
