I have had some weird symptoms over the last few days. I have felt really exhausted, sometimes I have a slight fever, i have had some depressed feelings, and some anxiety and stress. Could this be from the seasonal change and allergies?

No. Allergies do not cause fever. Allergies result in watery/itchy eyes, itchy nose, sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat, and so on.
As to what you have, it's hard to say based on the info provided. You should go see your doctor to get checked out!

there's a possibility its allergies, but it could also be many other things. talk to your octor and mention your suspicion of an allergy, so that if it is the case you can be tested. usually allergies also bring itchiness, swollen/puffy eyes, etc. food allergies bring more itchiness in the mouth and lips, also anywhere else on your body, and 'tight' feelings in your chest and head. the food may be preventing you from assimilating some of your nutrients which COULD, but not necessarily result in your depressed feelings, etc. this is just a theory though. talk to your doctor(s). good luck!

the exhausion, anxiety and stress can be allergies, but i'm not sure about the fever and depression- if it continues you might want to talk to you doc.
