"Now listen, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money." Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes."
James 4:13-14

wind is mentioned in the bible a lot so I will give you a few verses. John 3:8 The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone that has been born from the spirit.”
If you thinking of that song dust in the wind Gen. 2:7 And Jehovah God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a living soul.

James 4:14 Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.

The bible actually uses this concept quite a bit. Here is the one that you are probably thinking about:
" As for man, his days are like grass,
he flourishes like a flower of the field;
the wind blows over it and it is gone,
and its place remembers it no more."
~ Psalm 103:15-16
Really that whole Psalm is really neat. I would encourage you to read it. :]

Life is a vapor! Ps. 39:5
It also states that life is like grass that withers. Is. 40:24, Ps.37:2.

James 4:14
Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

That was "dust in the wind"..and it was Kansas, the group, not the bible. But its easy to get the two confused, since they are there for our entertainment, not to be taken seriously
