I stretch but I'm not sure if I'm doing the right ones or I'm not doing them long enough I want to jog without pain help me

If you are just starting out with jogging the pain in the thigh area can occur because the body is not used to this exercise yet. I get this from time to time when I run as well.

If you have been jogging for a while then I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
