I have been jogging 3 miles, 3-4 days a week for the past 4 years. just recently, my hip (right) gets a pain in it while jogging. it feels almost like something is rubbing together. I am lite on my feet, and I try to take it slow, but it keeps happening. I'm a healthy 18 year old girl, not overweight at all. It's so frustarating, please any advice!??!
