God keeps you happy
and makes you to laugh?
God is a big subject
don't expect any thing from God
I think you don't understand what is happiness or laughing???
you could have experienced some of the things already
When you started having your mothers milk - you could have felt that God keeps you happy
when you started going to school and start to wright the alphabets - you could have felt that God keeps you happy
when you started your earnings - you could felt that God keeps you happy
and so on ??????
everything gives happiness to everyone
God is responsible for everything
and so God is happiness.
some times God tells you to be sad also
------so that others laugh ===be carefull=====

Because God gives us peace of mind in Him. Philippians 4:8-9. It is great in this chaos of life to have something peaceful and unshakable as God. That makes me happy and fills my heart with laughter.
