Overseer, are you saying ALL the people that are against Jesus teachings will not have a "leader", not to follow the rising star of "Satan"?

If you take scripture seriously, then the things in Revelation have already taken place (Revelation 1:1-3; 22:6-7,10,12,20). John himself testified that "antichrists" were already in existance in his day, and that that was the reason he knew it was the "last hour" in his day, not ours (1 John 2:18). So to one who takes these statements of time seriously (as the Word of God), the question becomes, "Are you able to recognize the "Liar" (AntiChrist) when he appeared?"

Yes, because if he doesn't come riding on a cloud with the great trumpets sounding then he is a liar! There have been many liars already, and still are. (Jim Jones, David Koresh, Jesus Miranda, Charles Manson, etc.) People need to open their eyes and their BIBLES!! :o)

If you are truly a believer and know your scripture, you will be able to recognize anyone putting forth a variation of the truth. Although the lies are foretold to be subtle and tricky, a sound grasp of what the Bible actually says is all you will need to recognize the "liar."

During the time of Jesus it was known that there were many anti-Christs. Anti-Christ is anyone who is against the teachings of Jesus Christ. That's what makes them all liars and together they make-up the anti-Christ. I don't think we should be looking for an individual person.

There is not 1 anti Christ..that is a misinterpretation of scripture..Anti Christ is anything that is against Christ...I would pray to God and ask him to guide you..Iwould also question the very people who you are getting your spiritual counsel from and ask God if they are Anti Christian, you might be surprised by the answers you get form him.

Absolutely....

Those of us who possess the Holy Spirit of God will be able to tell who he is right away.

But......

I also believe in a pre-trib rapture so.....hopefully we wont be here to ever see him in the flesh
