in between the main room and where the loos are,you cant actually see the loos but am i right in thinking there should be a door

There should in fact, be two doors, between a toilet and an eating area.

Its not really nessecary unless children are having to go through this area to get to the eating place, or pass here with their food. Nothing harmful will pass through the air. If the children are ahving to eat quite close to this area then there should be a door definately because otherwise health and safety regulations will be being broken.

If so, the answers still remain. If you have an issue with it, you need to call your board of health, or whomever it is that regulates this stuff in your area. Technically, the kids themselves are passing around more germs than the toilet just sitting there, though.

Yes, there should be a door, for privacy. However, if you have young kids, then I would recommend one that does not have an internal lock. What a mess it can create when a child locks themselves in the bathroom.
