Soup obviously
Mashed foods- e.g. potato, banana, apple sauce
Porridge
Rice pudding
Small fruits- e.g. grapes, berries
Ice cream
Smoothies- healthly too!
Melted chocolate- not so healthy but still nice!
Yoghurt- both fruit and natural
Pasta and sauce
Angel Delight- don't know if you can get it, basically a cream dessert
Basically what you want is anything either soft enough not to chew very much or things small enough not to need you to bite into. Cut up food quite small and you shouldn't have a problem.
Also a suggestion- try blending/ pureeing foods in a blender. It creates a mush a bit lik baby food and might not always look great but it should taste the same! My parents used to do this when I was a baby as it is better than baby food. You can do it with most foods I guess.

Applesause, mashed potatoes, milkshake (with a spoon)
I wouldn't go with rice or pasta- even though it's soft- a piece could get caught in the whole. I remeber your pain well. I lived off of milkshakes for a week!!!
