How can you argue scripture?
Rom 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Luk 1:47 And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.
Luk 1:48 For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant;
For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed.
Luk 1:49 For He who is mighty has done great things for me,
And holy is His name.
Luk 1:50 And His mercy is on those who fear Him
From generation to generation.
Notice her pointing out Mercy. Mercy is not getting the things we deserve.
Grace is getting things that we don't deserve. If she was perfect, she deserved it.
He was even going to pierce his own Mother's soul:
Luk 2:34 Then Simeon blessed them, and said to Mary His mother, "Behold, this Child is destined for the fall and rising of many in Israel, and for a sign which will be spoken against
Luk 2:35 (yes, a sword will pierce through your own soul also), that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed."

Heb 10:5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said:
"Sacrifice and offering You did not desire,
But a body You have prepared for Me.
Heb 10:6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin
You had no pleasure.
Heb 10:7 Then I said, "Behold, I have come--
In the volume of the book it is written of Me--
To do Your will, O God."'[1]
A Body you prepared for me

Isa 9:6 For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called

Unto us a Son is GIVEN

Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.[2]
The word Conceive is HawRaw, which doesn't mean to conceive, but to "be with child". She had a child in her womb.

If God didn't have to send his son to save us from Sin, then the cross is void.
You know how deep you are in it, by the length of the rope needed to pull you out.
God had to die on the cross for us, he is our rope, he was the only way out.
Original sin tainted ever descendant of Adam and Eve. So a body had to be prepared without any of the original genetics, it had to be a second Adam, made in the image of God not of Adam.
Compare:
Gen 5:1 This is the book of the genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God.
VS
Gen 5:3 And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.

DEATH - FROM ORIGINAL SIN:
****************************************
Rom 5:12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned--
Rom 5:13 (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
Rom 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.

Jay if she was without sin, and God could make an exception, then Jesus didn't need to die on the cross. Which means the cross is void. What is the point of dying for sin because of original sin, if he could just prevent someone from sinning to get rid of it?
If that were the case, then he could have just made a new covenant right then, but he didn't.

Scripture has clearly pointed out that Mary had sin in her life. It is clear, you have to really fudge with the words to make it anything different. Sorry.

If Mary never sinned, why did she die? The Bible says the wages for sin are death. If we don't sin, we are perfect, meaning we won't die. As far as I know, she died in the 1st century.

Catholics believe in the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
When the angel Gabriel called Mary, "Full of grace," Mary was already full of grace.
When the angel Gabriel said, "The Lord is with you," the Lord was already with her.
The Blessed Virgin Mary was in a state of grace before she says "yes" to the angel's question and before the Holy Spirit came upon her for a different purpose.
When did Mary's state of grace begin?
Catholics believe this state of grace was with Mary since her Immaculate Conception. This means that Mary was conceived in the normal way (not like Jesus) but that she did not inherit original sin.
With the grace of God and without the effects of original Sin, we believe that Mary did not commit personal sin at any time during her life.
God prepared her for her later role as the mother of Jesus.
Catholics celebrate this miracle on December 8 as the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Paul as did Jesus quoted from OT scripture to make a point in this case Paul uses verse from the Psalms where we read Rom3:23 "all have sinned" means all who have turned from God, not necessarily all persons of all time as you've been led to believe. To understand what Paul is saying we must first understand the original context and to do that we must study the original OT text he quotes from. His original jewish audience would have known the scriptures and known it better that those of us today who take Paul's meaning out of context.
Your question and others begs to ask the following if God created all and satan is the author of sin why did God create satan?
To deny the Immaculate Conception with the assumption of this denying the actions of Christ on the cross is a far reach. I have to assume you feel in your human intellect that something is impossible for God, yet from scripture we are instructed "nothing is impossible for God".
Mary is still saved by God but done so in unique fashion and for the specific purpose in God's plan of salvation. Catholicism believes God in being omnipresent operates outside of time and space and therefore it is not an impossibility for the benefits of Christ's redemption to be applied to Mary at conception. Mary like any good jewish girl of the time and culture who was awaiting the coming of messiah spoke rightly in saying "And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior." Luk 1:47 I see no difficulty here in accepting this nor do I assume Mary is professing sin(s) here with this admission of a higher super-natural authority.
There is absolutely no scriptural verse that even eludes to personal sin of Mary you'll have to try harder if you wish to disprove this doctrine via scripture alone

Just about everything you say here is discountable.
1) Romans 3:23 - All have sinned, etc. Does that count Jesus? Jesus is part of "All," is He not? Or, perhaps you admit that this does not count everyone, especially those upon whom God has shown extraordinary grace? Maybe this does not count Moses, who we know is in Heaven since he appeared to Jesus. Same for Elijah.
2) From Luke, you missed the earlier part which says that Mary is FULL of grace. The original greek uses a term that means "full to the spilling point." No room left for sin. Even then, Mary is humble enough to recognize that God is her savoir. She is not referring to Christ, for He was not yet born. Also, she did not know she was born without sin. How could she? She just happens to be full of grace.

Mary was not perfect. Jesus is the only perfect human there ever was or ever will be. Mary WAS a virgin, and was a very humble, devout follower of God [and a better person than I'll ever be], but she was NOT perfect.

I'm glad you used the term "doctrine" with a small "d." It's important to know that this belief is not a Doctrine (big D) or even a Dogma. (law) but instead, can be accepted as an explanation for faith. It is not a requirement for membership in the RC church, though many RC Priests misunderstand "doctrine."

Catholics believe that Mary was saved by God from sin, but in a preventative way.
Catholic Christianity does believe that Mary was a sinner. Not an ACTUAL sinner, but a POTENTIAL sinner who was redeemed by God from the moment of her conception so that she never fell into sin. So yes, Mary was redeemed, but she was also predestined by God to bear his Son and so she was upheld from falling into sin.
Mary is the perfectly ‘holy’ daughter of the Father, the Mother of the Son, and the spouse of the Holy Spirit. She is the ‘second’ Eve, the perfect Eve, mother of all the living – Gen. 3:20.
GOD’s first message to Mary, through the Angel, Gabriel, was, “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women … (Luke 1:28). She is the Blessed Virgin Mother of God.
Mary is the perfect disciple. We can learn a lot from her example and through her words from her messages.
Jesus listened to His mother and always honored her. They loved and cared for each other throughout their entire life. And when Jesus died, he gave His Mother, Mary, to us, as He gave her to His disciple, John, at the foot of the Cross (Jn.19:27).
Because Mary was always without sin, she conceived her Son by the power of the Holy Spirit and bore the Messiah, Jesus Christ. Later, after her death, she was assumed into Heaven by the power of the Holy Spirit.
This means that Mary, through the merits of her Son and Savior, Jesus Christ, received a special grace so that she might become the spiritual mother of all who come to believe in her divine Son (cf. Gen. 3:20; Jn. 19:26-27; Rev. 12:17).
Mary’s Immaculate Conception should be seen as the way God wanted all of us to come into the world: in the state of sanctifying grace and free from original sin, just like Adam and Eve.
God’s original plan was for all humans to begin their existence in the family of God in the state of sanctifying grace. It was only as a result of Original Sin that we are now conceived in a state deprived of sanctifying grace. Mary, rather than being the exception, fulfills in a real sense the original intention of what God wanted for all His human children: to be members of His family from the first moment of their existence
Scriptural Evidence
Scripture, not coincidentally, first teaches the doctrine of Mary’s Immaculate Conception in the Book of Genesis. Just after the sin of our first parents, God promised to send a Savior. Speaking to the serpent, God said, “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel” (Gen. 3:15).
The serpent is Satan (cf. Jn. 8:44; Rev. 12:9), and the “seed of the woman” who would be sent to crush the devil is Jesus Christ. Therefore, the “woman” is Mary, His mother. It is significant that Jesus addresses His mother in the Gospels as “woman” (e.g., John 2:4; 19:26-27). Mary shares in the victory of her Son over Satan, which includes His victory over sin and death. Because she is sinless and pure, there is indeed “enmity” (Gen. 3:15) or “complete opposition” between Mary and Satan.
At the Annunciation, Saint Gabriel the Archangel greets Mary with the words, “Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you” (Lk. 1:28). The phrase “full of grace” is a translation of the Greek word kecharitoméne. This word conveys a sense of completion and perfection that was already present at the time of the Annunciation. Mary’s holiness was not only as complete as possible, but it extended over the whole of her life, from conception onward.
From this it follows that:
the Immaculate Conception means that Mary, whose conception was brought about the normal way, was conceived in the womb of her mother without the stain of original sin. The essence of original sin consists in the lack of sanctifying grace. Mary was preserved from this defect; from the first instant of her existence she was in the state of sanctifying grace.[
