I really have no idea but i have also had similar dreams!
I had a dream i found an abandoned baby. I think it maybe because we watch the news too much & unfortunately there are always stories about people who in desperation & fear abandon their babies. I am always touched by these stories because i work with young children & its sad to think that many little lives are lost because of neglect.

Babies can represent a responsibility. Malnourished baby can represent a responsibility someone gave up on, but you took it up.
