Nope. My main goal at this point is to not wind up alone. Not very difficult to remember since I'm reminded daily.

Yep - I find a way to do it electronically at a website called Sproximo. It's pretty cool in helping you figure our your goals and then it asks you questions to come up with a game plan.
My current goals: play live again with my band at another gig with more people; sing solo versus just back-up; buy a Porsche; act in a play

Funny . . . for all the people that say writing them down is the first step to achieving them, I still feel like writing them down is to have your future failures staring you in the face every day.
Financially stable, make a living writing, remain happily married, be able to give a lot to place I think are important.

I have a few times and it was too depressing. One goal I have is to go back to college but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

i don't know about life goals...
but i have made long term and short term career goals... and personal goals...
places i would like to see, things i would like to learn, people i would like to make amends with, books i would like to read, languages i would like to learn are some of my personal goals.
