your dog is doing what instinct designed it to do...HUNT.

if you cannot secure the dog and the rabbits then perhaps it's time to chose one.
keep rabbits
or keep dogs.
but not both.
for their safety please decide quickly.

Dogs are carnivores. They have a high prey drive and there's really not a whole lot you can do to keep them from getting to the rabbits unfortunately. You could try to make it so that the rabbits have a place to hide so they feel more secure and maybe wont be scared to death but your never going to be able to break her of the prey drive.

Well i think a muzzle should do the job. If not get rid of the dog or the rabbits! Its obvious the animals cant be kept together. Do something darastic before any more poor bunnys are scared to death.

This is purely a management problem. Your dog's genes tell him "Hunt and Kill!" and the only way to stop this highly reinforcing behavior is to prevent your dog from having access to the rabbits. Build stronger cages, and don't let your dog out to terrorize the rabbits.
And if you want your dog to mistrust you and bite you, then you should follow the terrible advice someone else gave and flick her on the nose. Please - this is terrible advice. Do not do this.

That is not ferocious.. that is high prey drive.. That is what some breeds were BRED to do.. so it's something that needed to be addressed when the dog was a puppy.. You need a professional dog trainer.. but mostly, you need to find a way to keep them separated.. that may not be what you want to hear.. but it's the truth..

Choose the dog or the rabbits!

train her, use a muzzle or get rid of one or the other. dogs and rabbits do not go good together-never have never will. you have to make the decision quickly. if you choose to get rid of the dog, find a LOVING home for her, same with the rabbits.

Use an underground electrical fence and put it away from the rabbits so she cant go near them. Call the pet shop and they will tell you about the fence.

well, sounds that she has a high prey-drive. you should take her to a professional trainer, if nothing else works, something has to go, either the rabbits, or the dogs
