No, everyone's body stores fat different, there is no exercise that will reduce fat content in one part of the body. Your body stores more fat in your face and legs than other places. Losing weight in general will reduce this fat storage.

Some people tend to have small localized areas of fat around the face. In this case, you can have the fat removed by liposuction. But remember that some fullness in the face is not due to fat alone. There may be other reasons aside from fat. And in these cases, it cannot be corrected by liposuction alone.

Well...hmm...you could try reducing your sodium (salt) intake. Drink a lot of water...you may just be bloated and retaining water in your face.
Other than that, there's not a lot you can do, if you are skinny everywhere else. Round, cherub like faces are beautiful. Look at Cameron Diaz, Christina Ricci and Kristin Kreuk - round faced, beautiful women who have a distinct look. You're beautiful the way you are. Smile a lot too. That helps. :)

I've gone from one extreme to the other..
If you are a teenager then I'm sure you'll face will slim down soon enough. Don't worry about it.

Give your face some good sweating. Run. Most of the face 'fats' is actually water retention. Alternate sweating out in the gym with running outdoors in cool fresh air, and you shall see some results soon.

If you're still pretty young (teens, early twenties) then it is just baby fat and it will go away naturally as you get older. I wouldn't be too concerned about it. It probably isn't as bad as you think it is.

if you're still in your teens, it's probably baby fat that will go away when you reach your mid 20s. if it's not baby fat then there's nothing you can do except have liposuction on your cheeks.

Most of that is bone structure or just genetics...
I suggest going to the makeup counter at Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus or making a makeup consult appointment at Gene Juarez and asking them to fix the problem for you... they will show you how to apply bronzer or blush to help highlight cheekbones and make your face look slimmer.
That is the only way without plastic surgery.
