Chop the apples, press the juice out, add yeast place in fermentation vessel with air-lock leave until fermentation stops, siphon off cider from above dregs and store.
In America they call apple juice cider and cider they call applejack.

yeast?...in cider.....all you need is a good apple press...clean the apples well with a diluted bleach water rinse..and press....thats it cider.....will last around a week in the fridge or you can freeze it.
