Like people said, drink a glass of water between each drink. Also, drink a large glass of water before bed - and refill it and keep it next to your bed for "through the night" hydration. I usually have a V-8 in the morning if I end up with a hangover. Greasy food does help me... but so does the "hair of the dog"...

After a night of drinking I drink a full glass of water and take ibuprofen before going to bed. Worked everytime for me. Eating a greasy meal and drinking a glass of tomato juice in the morning are both supposed cures as well.

drink a glass of water between alcholic drinks is suppose to prevent hangovers...because they say you get hangovers cause your body is dehydrated from all the alcohol..... so if you have a small glass of water between each one of your drinks, it's suppose to keep you hydrated....makes sense....don't if it works though, cause I always forget after the first 4 or 5 drinks.....

There's no secret about it. Water, Excedrin, marijuana(optional but highly recommended) and sleep. If you don't have the opportunity to go back to bed keep drinking water and don't over eat.
