not sure....you see if the clock is broken you can't time them anyway

I'll estimate 2 weeks. Obviously that's just a guess and it depends on the attitude of people at your work (and I'm guessing you're referring to daylight savings change). A couple of years ago, we had two microwaves side by side at my office, the clocks were not quite correct, but they agreed for most of the minute, so I set one exactly right, and one fast by about one minute and one second, so that they never matched. I wanted to see how compulsive my office mates were about fixing problems when they saw them. It stayed that way for more than a week.
