Why not use the free energy from all things that vibrate ? Cars, trucks,Ships, Ocean Waves or Rivers and wind..

Rivers and wind are used to generate electricity, shaking a flashlight requires energy. vibration is not a feasible way to go.

Simple answer, yes. The amount of electricity will depend on the amount of vibration. They have a rechargeable flashlight that is charges by shaking it. I saw them at WalMart recently.
