There are vitamins which are toxic in too large amounts. I would not suggest that you give you 2 year old a flinstone vitamin. That being said, you can purchase vitamin C chewable, which would not contain the vitamins that can build up in the body and become toxic. Peace, Ame

Most vitamins on the market are artificial, fragmented and not natural nutrition. Extra vitamin C without proper balance is not good for anyone and becomes toxic when taken to excess. Vitamin companies cannot get a patent on a natural product (they cannot patent an orange) and so they make them chemically from artificial ingredients and then put them on the market. In most cases you body does not even recognize what they are and in many cases they are harmful.
Give the kid a good balance diet from good food. The only nutritional supplement I like is called Juice Plus+. It is made from vine-ripe whole food, no chemicals. you can check it out at ww.juiceplus.com/+Lb53116. I sorry I haven't learned how to make that a link for you.
All the latest research is show that patented vitamins are not helpful....but harmful.

The answer is yes, it's okay. But it's turning more and more into a bad idea.
They are supplements and your child needs to be able to get those vitamins from his daily diet.
Mcdonalds and pizza hut along with vitamins don't really help.

I actual have a 7 year old who use to act in simple terms like that together with his twelve months old brother like 6 months in the past. He could take each and every of the babies toys and get mad while the toddler became enjoying wih his toys until I stated "Oh so your little brother isn't solid sufficient to share with yet your acquaintances are? interior the trash they pass!", and that i threw his widespread toys interior the trash. while he hit the toddler, I hit him top back on the palms or butt and he stopped as nicely. Now he continually shares his toys together with his brother and doesnt take them away... except they're very small wherein I tell him those he can play with on my own and far off from the toddler. i became very stressful on him for a pair months and now he performs nicely together with his brother.
