The child is only entitle to inherit money upon his father's death. The only conditions the child would receive money under these circumstances is if the father owed child support. You would need to have a court order that the father pay up any money due or have the court turn over the money due to the child.

Rewrite your question. And check out local laws. If the father owes back child support you could possibly get some of that money awarded to the child. But the child would not automatically be entitled to anything belonging to the father until the father's death.
