She doesn't like dog food because you're feeding her human food. Of course, if they had the choice they'd rather eat human food. So just DON'T give her the choice.
Never feed a dog human food. It's not properly balanced for them. Put her dog food out and don't feed her anything else. Eventually, she will get the message and will eat her food.
p.s. make sure its a quality dog food (Candide, Solid Gold, Wellness, etc) otherwise she might not be eating it because it's make her sick or something.

Never give a dog cat food, it's too high in protein and is not good for her.Dogs like the food they're used to. Human food diets can be ok for a dog as long as you read up on it properly and make sure you give them exactly what they need. The correct proportions of meat, veg, proteins etc. Dog foods have this amount measured already. If you decided to switch to dog food you must do it properly, by introducing it slowly as a straight switch will upset her stomach. She will probably come over all indignant and stop eating for a few days, just to get you worried and hope that you'll just give in and feed her the stuff she likes. But if you stand firm and put the food down at her normal times, leave it for 20 mins then take it away. She will become hungry enough to try it eventually.

I agree with the above post that your dog is not eating her dog food because you are feeding her human food. If you don't give her the choice, she will eat her own food when she is hungry enough & realises that their is nothing else.
Chocolate, onions, raisins & grapes are all toxic to dogs, so these are a no no! As is spicy food. And remember, if you feed a dog your food, it must be cold first, Dogs were not designed to eat hot food - it is bad for their stomachs.
If the problem continues, try mixing some gravy up, letting it go cold & then adding that to her food. This might intice her to eat it.
Are you feeding her dry or wet food? My Springer would never eat her dry food unless it was mixed with something moist. I used to mix it with tuna flakes in brine. She loved this & it is very good for dog's muscles. be careful about mixing tuna in sunflower oil though as this can give some dogs ear infections.
Dogs can eat some human food, such as vegetables, meat (beef / lamb / chicken etc), but if you feed this to her all the time, she will never eat her dog food. You could maybe add some scraps from your dinner, (depending on what it is), to her food & see if she eats it then. make sure you mix it in well though, as some dogs are clever enough to pick out the best bits & leave the rest.

Dogs shouldn't eat too much human food, they should only be allowed to have an occasional treat like a slice of cheese or a baby cut carrot. If your dog doesn't like the kind of food you are giving her, try gradually changing her to another food. You can do this by mixing a little at a time with her old food, and then a little more, until all you are feeding her is a new kind of food. You should talk to your vet about what kind of food to try her on because most of the time dogs don't eat because they are bored with the food. There are several different kinds of food that you can choose from, the most popular are dry foods. There are dry foods that come with a mix of different flavors and textures to try and please your dog. Please remember that changing your dogs food too much can cause your dog to have sever diarrhea and stomach pain. Also, don't feed your dog too much human food either. Dogs shouldn't eat pork, onion peels, and garlic peels are poisonous to your dog. Try and find a book at your local pet store on how to raise a dog, it will probably have a more extensive list on what not to feed your dog.

Do you give him snacks, table scraps, treats, etc? If so, cut all of that out of his diet (at least for now) and only give him his dog food. Call the dog to you, put the bowl down, and pick it up 15 minutes later regardless if he has eaten or not. Offer the food to him in this manner 2-3 times a day. A dog will not starve itself. It will learn that the food you give him is his food that he should be eating.
Dogs don't have a good sense of taste. Instead, they decide what is more edible by smell. Human food likely has more smell to the dog than it's dog food.
If you don't want to feed dog food, another option is to do a raw-food diet. Do your research before attempting this though, you need to include more than just muscle meat, the dog also needs organs and other things. It will require research to feed the right amount of the right things.
EDIT:
Do not give the dog cat food. Dogs and cats have different nutritional requirements, so it isn't healthy for the dog to eat cat food.

Dogs shouldn't eat human food or cat food, as it is important for them to have a diet that has been correctly balanced for a dog. There are several different types of dog food, maybe you should try some different ones.
If she is eating bits of human food, then not eating dog food, it is because she has already eaten, and the human food probably tastes better (but is less healthy for her).
Don't give her any human food, make sure she has access to fresh dog food and clean water.
If she still doesn't eat, take her to the vet.

No have you ever tried the stuff it tastes terrible.
But it could be the brand of food or the flavours -so try wet food or dry pallet types ,Try mixing cooked vegetables with the food (not onion)
The human food is not good for animals as it is too fatty or high in salt etc.
Also try having different food and mix and change them daily could help or get meat and boil it and see if the dog eats this. our dog will eat only some dog foods then suddenly won`t so we change it and she eats for a while then changes again to some thing else .
She loves a bowl of only boiled mixed vegetables often
Which is good for dogs any way
But trail and error is the only way to find what your dog loves to eat

Dogs cannot eat onions, chocolate, (there are 2 other things I cannot find them now.)
Try some sample packs of good quality dog food, to see if there is something she likes.
You could try to make your own dog food but you need to be careful of nutrition and calories.
There is a Raw Food movement, you could also look into it. You can shop yourself or order meal plans.
Pick up a dog mag like Bark and see the ads in the back.

Dont feed your dog human food it will cause a whole slew of health problems. My dog ended up getting a skin infection she ripped all of her hair out of her hind quarters and in the end she couldnt control her bowels so we had to puter her down. If your dog wont eat dog food its really easy to fix. Put a bowl of dog food down on the ground and leave it there. Every time she begs take her to the dog food bowl. After a few days of not eating she will give in and eat the dog food. Your dog wont starve to death with food right in front of her. If you want break a raw egg over her food and mix it all together. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT FEED HER HUMAN FOOD SHE WILL NOT EAT HER DOG FOOD UNTIL YOU FORCE HER TO EAT HER DOG FOOD.

most dogs prefer to eat human food then dog food, so it is normal. most human foods are OK although some food many makes them gassy but that depends on the dog. One main thing you should never ever give a dog is chocolate.
