your right there are many different ways to do one, just make sure you put in all the information needed. The CV is just to get the employer interested so keep it to one page. personal details-contains name, address and contact number.
personal qualities- a paragraph, contains things like out going, able to work on own and as part of a team
Employment history, the dates and job role
education, the dates and qualifications
references best to have two, names, address and phone number if possible

C.Vs another form of Capitalist Bullying ! Do you ask if their honest or if they are cheating the stockholders and the staff .
If a psychometric test is involved cheat and make yourself look like an idiot they will wonder how you got to the interview . It MIGHT if thee intelligent enough show them that you cannot measure all types of intelligence with a test
There are many types f intelligence at least 10 and growing a society develops
The whole C.V Shite gives me the Craps

For a job application, instead of doing a CV (which is very complete) do a resume (which summarizes relevant experience). There is no one perfect or official way to do it, but there are many websites with examples online that can help you.

a cv will be viewed by enmployers they will be having very little time to go through all your details. so be simple be precise but at the same dont leave any good and important event left blank and it should attract the attention of the employer at once like example: a cost saving and staff expenses saving menthod at my armory like that inculcate the habit of pulse reading of employers through FAQs and you will be confident and positive., dont put it like the one everyone put in give it ina different way and method ok get counselling from good web sites goodluck

Generally people in shops just want someone who is enthusiastic, experience helps, just explain on the CV these things & keep it simple, put on it also when you are willing to work.
