I dont want to be rude to her, but I want to tell her as respectfully as I can to text me back. What do I do? Any advice?

Do you know for sure that she has text messaging? My friend texted me. When I hadn't called him - he called me and asked why I hadn't responded. I DIDN'T HAVE TEXT MESSAGING! It was that easy. (Now I have it - and he doesn't!)

What's the matter, guy, the cat got your tongue? Use your cell for more than texting, or even (God forbid) pick up the old Land Line and call the girl.
I don't know how old you are, but I'm sure you are a lot younger than I am. One of the problems with all these great tech advances we get is a decline in face-to-face (or at least voice-to-voice) communication. At least if you get her on the phone, you might be able to figure out if her non-response to your texts is no big deal, or if it means that she really doesn't care to talk to you.

Hmm, well it depends...did you know this girl? Or did you meet her at some party? Because chances are she gave you her number and never intended to ever answer the phone [or in your case, text back]. sometimes, like i have done, at parties, guys ask for your number and don't take no for an answer. So, to get them to leave me alone I give it to them...and when they call and call, I just never pick up. Eventually they give up.
However, if you know this girl somewhat decently...and you want her to text you back...give her some time. Don't send an armada of texts back to back saying hi how are you. want to talk. please text me. and small messages that make people seem desperate and can get annoying as fast as her inbox is filling up. So, chill out a little, then if she still doesn't respond after a few days send a final message of "[her name], I felt we had a connection, and wanted to get to know you better. However, if you do not feel there is anything to pursue, can you please just send back a quick text of yes or no". Thank you
This way, she i honest and you can truly know if she's worth your time, or if you're just wasting text messages

Lay off man, don't become a stalker. Try reversing the role on her. If she does text you back wait a day or 2 before you text her back. It will show her your not waiting by your phone for her to text you back.
Of course this could all be avoided by just picking up the phone and calling the girl. I'm not a texter, im a talker. thats just me though.

Had this happen to me as well. I get very anxious when I'm waiting on anything, far more if it's a person I'm into. So, I'll say cool your heels a bit. Wait a day or so & give a playful nudge via text. She got your text so the ball's her court.

No offense, but if she was interested, she would text you back. Furthermore, you cannot tell her what to do and at the same time be respectful about it. That's a bit oxymoronic. I'm sure there are lots of cuties who would appreciate hearing from you and respond, so my advice is to start texting one of them. Have fun and good luck!

Is there any reason you can't talk in person?
Not everyone can text every moment of the day. WAIT a day or two and then send another text. If she doesn't respond, just QUIT.

some times people are busy and don't have time to text back so just wait a while like a day or two if she wants to talk to you she will text you back dood dont worry there are tons of amazing girls out there dont stress over one its her loss if she dose not like you

If she's not texting you back it's because SHE DOESN'T WANT TO. Back off!!
If she's really friendly in person and doesn't brush you off, it's possible she's not getting your messages or her service may charge too much. You could make a joke about it and see what she says.

honestly, if she was interested in you. she would be the one texting you and worrying ifyou would text her back. i know it is REALLY HARD, but just forget about it for now. if she still doesnt text back by the end of the day. MOVE ON! she isnt worth the stress or sorrow. there are plenty of other wonderful girls out there.

i have been through this same situation .just give it a few weeks and if she hasnt texted u then text her. u dont want to get on her nerves or anything.it is hard to wanna talk to someone so bad and they wont talk back , i no, i have been there, but u got to be patient.
