I think im a decent looken guy, maybe im wrong? All the women i know in person dont seem to show any interest towards me. All tho i get told i look good, if that was the case surley the girls i work with would be hitting me left and right. How can i make women notice me? maybe its my looks that needs improving. You need to be an ******, girls love bad boys. If your nice and cute, no girl gives a sh*t, they want to be with a badass, thats why all the jerks get the hot chicks, stop being such a wuss and you will not only get noticed but you will get girls, lots of them.

You seem overly concerned about your looks. Are you REALLY interested in being with girls "hitting on" you because of the way you look. Most girls worth their salt are looking for something a bit deeper. Get involved in some sort of activity (volunteer work, church, political group, school) where you can meet girls who share your own interests.
I don't know where you work, but it is not necessarily the best place to meet women for romantic activity. Women tend to wait for men to take the first steps. There might be some women there who ARE interested in you and are either too shy to let you know or (if you really are better looking than the average guy) might feel you wouldn't be interested in them. It's also possible that some of them have been sending signals of interest and you simply haven't picked up on them.

you're not a bad lookin guy....maybe your style needs a change.....women these days are attracted to men who really have it together....
also, I know that alot of my girlfriends and I are not interested in guys we work with-simply because we work with them....Office relationships get suuuper sketchy.....Try going out with some friends...even bring a girl just so oyu have her advice too....
office girls are sketchy about it because if you break up-then what?? does someone quit.....what if one gets promoted and not the other??? its a hard place to be...
