What can I get drunk on and not gain any/much weight. I like to drink but I hate the idea of getting flabby.

Any of the major lights. Miller, Coors, Bud all are low calorie and low carb compared to regular beers. Miller Lite is the lowest of the three. Truthfully I'll go on a binge with Miller Lite and I seriously weigh less the next day. I'm sure it's all water weight that I've p*ssed away but I certainly didn't gain anything. If you like to drink a lot and stay thin, Miller Lite is the way to go.

all liquors and spirts have a high caloric content due to the alcoholic content. so does beer, but beer typically has more calories because of the complex sugars and flavors. your best bet is to drink hard liquors with water or diet sodas, so you do not add extra calories from mixers. light beer is better than dark, and light colored liquor is better than dark. but if you do drink your will get flabby, thats a fact. dont drink and drive

Just don't let your tolerance get too high and it shouldn't be a problem. If you are really strict about the calories, I'd stick with shots of liquor rather than beer.

If you are going to drink a light beer, make it at least a good light beer, as in Sam Adams Light.

ALL alcoholic beverages turn into sugar after you drink them - that is why heavy drinkers have puffed faces and paunchy bellies.
