There's no quick-fix to get rid of it. You'll have to wait it out. It does not last in your hair for years, but for a few months. When a clinic tests your hair, they use a section closest to the crown.
At least a few weeks for a urine test.
Drink the vinegar anyway and let me know what happens. All your friends are doing it.....

Take no notice of these tosspots it really works
Drink 1 quart of vinegar a day for a month
do not go near marijuana while doing it
tke the test and see
No traces of dope
No stomach

go to GMC, they have a cleanser that is supposed to take it out of you, the side affect it some people's skin turns red and kind of burns like a sunburn, it does this b/c it cleanses your whole body, skin and everything. but it only last for awhile, but im not certain if it works 100%, never tried it. but you can also get a take home urine test, so after you do the cleaner, you can see if it works. i've had friends who have used it and it works. i think their is several different kinds.

you can pass with taking mega doses of vitamin C and then B-12 right before the test.....not vinegar....

that is an urban myth
mj is in your urine for 72 hours no matter what you do
in your blood for thirty days, no matter what you do
and in your hair for up to three years.
in other words, depending on the test they use, you sank your own boat.
