Yes. Reverend Lovejoy said they are of the one true faith:

The Western Branch of American Reform Presbo-lutheranism.

Although, Homer was Catholic for a short while (as was Bart).
Lovejoy made that mention when Homer was part of the Unitarian cult (I think that's what they were called).
