I think that a pasta that holds on to the sauce is always a good choice. And, a marinara sauce that is full-bodied and has some zip to it, along with some great parmesano-reggiano cheese! I use a penne or rotini for my pasta dishes and make sure that my marinara has some diced tomatos in it as well.

i think lasagna noodles wrapped with riccotta cheese and placed in milk and add seasonings too
