You can believe what you want. Your faith in Jesus and Christianity is whats important. Christianity is open to many interpretations and has been done so as long as it has existed. The cornerstone of it though is your faith in Jesus.

Yes. I believe in God and I have been very curious about this most of my life. I heard about reincarnation as a child but didn't understand what it really meant. As an adult my faith and my relationship with God grew very strong. I read a couple of things about it and heard a couple of people talk about it but that isn't what started me thinking the way I do now. I don't know how to explain it. I just felt a lot of the questions in my mind were being answered somehow. I talked to a friend of mine about how I think we might live more than one life and the information I was giving her was the same as all of the information she had on reincarnation. I was a little surprised to see that the feelings I was having were the same as others think. I don't know why I feel so strongly about this but I do seem to be pulled into this way of thinking. I don't make it my absolute truth, I'm trying to learn more about it and leave it as a very strong possibility for now. I don't struggle with the things I don't understand. I let things like this fall into place. Again I can't explain this but I do get feelings of different lives. How can I explain this feeling when I can't tell you where this information even comes from? I would really like to know. I also feel like I know the positions we were in with my family in a past life. By position, I meant as family members. For example and I don't know why, My sister was my mother, my mother was my sister and my oldest daughter was my sister, my youngest daughter was my closest and only friend, and the closest and only friend I have now was my grandmother. When I wrote that last part it felt very real to me but at the same time kind of sounds very weird. I feel we have lessons to learn on different levels but they are with the same people with each life while some people are added that guide you to the last level of peace for eternity. I feel we bring our talents and everything we learned in a past life into the next life, and you might repeat the same life until the lesson for that life is filled. I also feel at some point we choose which life to live so we can work on that lesson to pass through to another level. Some people stay on one level for a very long time because they just can't get it right. That sounds a little like that could be Hell. I feel the first level to overcome is being self centered. You have to know God is real and what He is all about. The doors open from that point on. Without God, the journy stops at the first level with no room to grow towards a perfect life for eternity ( Heaven) This is just a small part of how I feel about this and I've already taken up enough of your time. Take care.

The consensus of Christianity is that "reincarnation" is a false doctrine, and that "past life experiences" are either delusional or illusions sent by Satan/demonic entities to lead us astray.

No, it's not possible. Reincarnation involves the belief in a whole cycle of rebirth, not simply a resurrection.

I'm Catholic and I believe in it. I have a very strong feeling that I've had around 3 previous lives, that this is my fourth, though I'm entirely sure why. I've always had a sense that I've been here before, I've never felt young, even when I was.

There used to be cults within christianity that did, but they were all quashed. Now, it's against doctrine to believe in any sort of reincarnation. Sucks for you, right?

I believe in reincarnation and that the soul is eternal, and I also believe that Jesus was an important man.

You can be and believe whatever you feel...and I wouldn't let anyone tell you any different.

Christians do believe in reincarnation.

Just not to this earth, but a much better place.

Peace and God Bless.
