Hi i've been doing circuit training in the gym for almost 3month now. i had seen some gain in term of strength, weight and definition ( Maybe a little bit on the definition). I getting bored of the same circuit routine can you guys tell me what kind of training are you current on?

This is my routine
25 Pullups
25 deadlift (40kg on each side)
25 Pushups - Bench Press (25 on each side) - 5 pushups followed by 8 press
25 Leg Press
25 Hanging knee to elbow
25 Smith machine squat to military press

I will do this sequence for 2 set total 300 reps.

go to a gymnastics gym....especially a russian or bulgarian one (there are those types of gymnastic facilities in the USA as well) they'll show you some VERY interesting, hard, and unique excercises to work muscles that you normally would not.

my program is divided into distinct training phases over the course of the year. this allows the focus to be specific, trying to do "everything at once" will always provide less than optimal results as the diet plays the biggest role in the success or failure of a resistance training program.
