Can't we all just get along?
Atheists think christians are retarded; that's great, cut the sarcasm.
Christians think atheists are liars who run from the lord out of fear. News flash; atheists don't care about God.
With that established, I can't tell if a person is a Christian or an Atheist unless I ask them, so I don't ask. It doesn't matter; it shouldn't change our opinion of one another. No one is more retarded than the other, one is just more keen to believing what they are told and the other is more keen to being a critic.

I do not ever hear an Atheist pushing their lack of belief onto others. I've had dozens and dozens of Christians push thier views on me even AFTER I say I am an Atheist. They keep trying to tell me why I'm wrong. So, I open a can of logic and fact and take a *drink*.

i am a christian and i believe that everyone has the right to their own views and opinions. the fact of the matter is i only have to answer for the things i do in this lifetime no one else. but there are plently of people who push their beliefs or non beliefs (no matter what they may or may not be) on others. i mostly worry about myself and pray for everyone.

Well that would be just fine. Get them to keep their faerie tale out of my daughter's school and away from science and I'm right there. I would LOVE to be ABLE to ignore them.
