unfortunately, "commemorative" firearms aren't really worth a lot as a normal rule. There are exceptions. But it is mostly a marketing gimmick. Did you know that any business, such as a police agency etc, can contact a firearms dealer and order "commemorative" firearms with the departments logo etc on it? But it doesn't add collector value to it. Your best bet, is to go to Barnes and noble bookstore, look thru a copy of "blue book of gun values" to get a fair idea of what your firearm is worth.
Good luck
