I am thinking you could use the example of the apostle Paul.
You could use the verse that all are invited, few are chosen.
Then you could show how the apostle Paul was chosen
The lesson could be dont wait to be knocked to the ground and blinded before you decide to "see" the light.
Be one of the invited, cause being chosen "hurts".
Sorry, cannot think of any inside activities that go along with this, I am more used to little ones games and such.

well first clarify to them that the church DOES NOT MEAN BUILDING, ORGANIZATION, RELIGION.
Church came from the term ECCLESIA which means the people or the gathering, congregation.
So if they want to be dedicated to the church, it doesnt mean show up for sunday mass, it means go out and feed that hungry homeless guy, give him new clothes and help him find a job, if he want that,. otherwise help him.
as for Christ,
read the bible and you will see the times when he says.
When i was hungry you gave me food,
when i was sick you visited me,
when i was thirsty you gave me something to drink.
so, if you read that verse that has that, you will understand that whatever you treat others, thats how you treated jesus.
So if you want an activity. Do something Good to others as a group.
Maybe even organize a free car wash or something.
visit someone, help someone.
that depends on your area.
you dont even need to get out of your group.
it is obvious people have needs.
start with your group and before you begin , ask everyone what their week has been like, and try to find out whats wrong if they are willing to share-- which they should be willing if your community is really honest with each other and tightly nit in loving and not just attending for the sake of boredom.
anyway start with their needs and try to figure out how you can help each other.
not just this week,
every week.
read the book of acts and you will see that that is how the church grew bigger.;
not because they had more money to build a bigger building
but because people had their needs met.
and people kept coming.
thats really what it comes down to.
enough lessons, time for actions.
