I used to live in Hong kong and Kingston is crazy. unless your an obsesive shooper 10 days is a hell of a lot. If you dont have kids dont go to Disney Land, and prob not even Ocean park. you can do everything in 5 days for sure. if you want to go to the out lying island to hit up some beaches then maybe an extra day or two. Hong kong is a TINY area but expensive anyway you look at it. Go to the Big Buddha for sure its cool. You can go int othe monestary but the monks have taken a vow of silence so good luck talking to one. If you are on a budget of some sort try eating traditional foods and stay out of the mid levels and central, though at times it cant be avoided, its pretty cool there but thats where the riches people live.

It's really depends on what is your speed and what is your everything about. To visit all the tourist attraction in Hong Kong, It will take about 7 days just to take a glimspe of every attraction.
For a better view of them, it will take at least 10 days in just one shot, including visiting Disneyland & Ocean Park in Hong Kong Island.
