Babushka means "Grandmother" in Russian. And you say it they way you would read it with a stress on the first syllable.
I am not sure this is what you think it means though... As far as I know there is a misunderstanding in English language that people think it means a "doll"... Those dolls are actually called "Matreshka" in Russian.
