electronically processed through bank.....never happened in the last 8 years.

The banks are always updating thier systems on the 1st. The awlays mess up things like this. This happens to usually 3 or 4 times a year. Im glad you got it though!!

Wait at least a day or two before acting on it. Electronic transfers, especially when military or military-related organizations are involved, occasionally have a day or two delay. It does not happen, but it does sometimes.

I just checked my bank account. It shows the deposit but it says it is in processing. I would call the bank like I am.

Corruption could have delayed the payment because the money might have been used for something else.
