It is predicted that by 2020, we will start running out of oil? The only reason there is so much attention in the middle east right now is for the oil. Why would all nations as, is predicted in the bible, care so much about all that sand if it has no more oil?

Not one bit! Israel was created by the British and United States to have an excuse to stay in the middle east.
Look no further than the fact the US supplies weapons to both Israeli's and the surrounding Arabic and Persian countries. Keep the confusion going and drain all the Oil out while they are at it.
Why else would the US and Brittan (telling the UN what to do) decide to create a country for the Jewish state in the middle of a bunch of Muslims and Arabs? They should have turned an Island or other neutral place into Israel.
The Christian fundamentalists are morons.

Back in 1977,Jimmy Carter (more teeth than brains) said we would be OUT of oil in thirty years. Well here it is 30 years later ,we have more oil than ever,just no refineries to produce gas from it.There is more oil in the gulf of Mexico than all the Middle East.And it hasn't been tapped yet.What most people don't know is,we buy more oil from Canada than we do from the Middle east.It is a game.

Yadda yadda running out of oil yadda yadda. While I am not old enough to remember, people have been saying that we are running out of oil for roughly 200 years. No more whales you know.
Sorry if this is rude, but whenever I hear someone say we are running out of oil I tune out the rest.

oil? ... don't be too suprised if we run out of clean drinking water before oil, I've already heard a few states are saying they may not have enough to get to 2020.

Problem is what will be left after that, Because before the oil runs out there is going to be one hell of a fight over what is left.
