For starters, this isn't really a question (I know that, but I want to be helpful). I know I've asked a question about this, and I've seen a few others as well so this will put it in the searchable section here on answers.
Well, ladies in search of dresses WITH sleeves, I've found a way to help solve our dilema! Look for "quinceanera dresses".
I am not of spanish/hispanic descent and had no clue how wedding-dress-like some of these styles are!! Right off the bat I found at least 3-4 dresses that were a white base with red or burgundy embroidery on them and they had sleeves!!! HURRAY!!
Here's an awesome site I found:

I checked David's Bridal. Their idea of sleeves doesn't always help. I want a solid sleeve, not see-through. I'm not a toothpick and I have a large tattoo that I don't want seen in church.
And the modest dresses are so plain-jane. Not at all what I was looking for.
I probably sound like a bride-zilla here, but I, and I'm sure other ladies in my situation, want an awesome looking dress and don't want to settle.

Yah, David's Bridal will add illusion (sheer fabric) sleeves to any strapless dress, and even if you don't get a gown from there, sleeves can easily be added to a strapless gown or spaghetti strap gown by a good seamstress.

Also, David's Bridal offers sleeve options for their dresses. If you go to their website and click on a dress there should be a link for it, complete with pictures of the sleeves.

I found this by accident looking up the wedding dress of a friend of mine. Her dress is strapless but I think it's great that they give choices.

On a bridal store or website, search for the "modest" section or category. All of their dresses have sleeves.
