Only if we can do the same for 18 to 25 year olds...for the same reasons.
It goes quickly, I wouldn't make such rulings if I were you! It will be your turn before long!

Where's the line? What do you consider old?
And what happens when YOU make it to that age? Are you going to willingly turn yourself in for elimination?
Why are you assuming that aged = feebleminded?
You do realize that more than half of the people aged 18 to 22 have never registered to vote and will not vote in the 2008 election?
Laws are made by those who actually participate.

Maybe we should euthanize the ignorant...That would be you, for asking such a stupid question. It is our Senior Citizens who actually go to the polls and vote. The young ones don't.. It is our senior citizens that have wisdom, something you are lacking of. Spend some time with a senior citizen you moron, they are inspiring and full of wonderful stories. They have knowledge way beyond your means of intelligence.

Honey, if they can get out and vote, neither you or anyone else has the right to stop them. They probably have more information and experience about important issues than most people. And to think, your generation may be in charge some day!!!!!!! Frightening!

Old people are the wise ones , they know more about what is going on than the easily fooled young ones.
Of course they should be allowed to vote.

wtf?!?! what a question...think about this when you are in your 50s and your parents are in their say 70s would you want to euthanize them? (if you do well i feel bad for you)...every person has the right to vote...and those who are not in control of their mental facilities rarely vote...i think you should volunteer at a retirement facility and learn something about these people that you believe should be dead.

How rude! Most "old" people know more about politics and national issues than young people do. Also, most "young" people don't care enough to vote anyhow.

LOL, maybe we should ban young people from voting (-;
In all seriousness, we don't permit poll taxes or literacy tests to vote in this country. Read your history books.

If you stop old people from voting, then nobody would vote.
The elderly are the only people who go to the polls. They young are too lazy or stupid to vote.
